As we approach the 80th anniversary of the Twinning Agreement with Bordeaux in 2027 we are delighted to announce that we will be representing the Bristol Bordeaux Partnership at the Harbour Festival. Come along and have a chat and enjoy the atmosphere of a truly international musical .experience.
Bristol’s Twin Cities are bringing a global soundtrack to Brunel Square onto the Dockyard Stage (SS Great Britain) , with artists representing five of Bristol’s twin cities. Featuring a mix of locally based musicians and including artists travelling from Hannover, Porto and Bordeaux, expect an uplifting programme celebrating culture, connection and creative exchange.

Tell me more:Fils. (Stéphane Del Castillo) is a French indie-pop artist from Bordeaux, France, whose music blends introspective storytelling, atmospheric guitars, and modern electronic influences. Following the acclaimed releases of Amorphe and Peace and an opening performance for Jain in 2024, he returned in 2025 with a new EP,'Ici on se sent bien'.
About the Set: Fils blends a range of influences — pop, trip-hop, rock, electro and jazz — carried by a smooth voice that turns away from poetry in favour of something more direct, like a raw everyday conversation. Live, the experience unfolds into something dreamy and introspective before gradually building in energy, with a psychedelic edge.
